Eating Places in METU

Hello fellow readers,

This is the first post in my blog. For this blog I will travel around METU campus and explore places, then I will write about them for you to learn more about METU.

Today our subject is eating in METU. I've made a list for you to learn where to eat the best meals and with the best prices. 

(I am also new in METU so this list might be a bit empty. Maybe I can update this in the next days)

1. CAFETARIA

Cafetaria is my favourite eating place in METU because of it's cheap prices and healty meals. 

I'm trying to eat 2 meals from cafetaria everyday but there is always a long queue because so many people choose it because of it's very affordable prices. I think it's the biggest disadvantage of cafetaria. Also, some people don't like the taste of meals. However, you definitely should try it. If you like the meals and you have enough time for waiting, than cafetaria is the best alternative for you.

2. ÇATI CAFE

Çatı Cafe is the second most popular alternative for eating in METU. If you don't like the cafetaria meals and you don't mind the money, you can go Çatı every time. There's meals are much better and you can chose whatever you want. But it's a bit more expensive than the other choices.

3. METU MALL

Here, you can find a lot of choices. It's as pricy as çatı but the amount of options makes the mall a good choice for eating. You can try some of the shops here. 

4. DORM & DEPARTMENT CANTEENS

Me and my friends use these canteens so much because they are everywhere. Main anvantage is this. If çatı or mall is far away, you can always go to a canteen. They also have a lot of food options.
